Courtice We are offering for sale 12 lots in our Courtice plan. The subdivision will eventually l contain 30 - 40 units, All single family lots, a mix of 10 and 12 meter singles, and the balance should be produced over the next year or two, depending on developments surrounding us. The subdivision is really an extension of the plan to the west and north, currently being built and partly occupied, so the neighbourhood and its appearance is pretty well established, as is the expected value of the housing to be erected. The main north south road in the adjacent plan is Harry Gay Blvd, and it runs north off Nash Road, between Courtice Road and Hancock Road. The lots are located east of and parallel to Harry Gay Drive, and will consist of a north south road that connects to two existing temporary cul-de-sacs of Broome and Tabb Avenue, both of which runs east off Harry Gay, just north of Nash Road. The plan is currently being processed to registration, and we anticipate building permit delivery in May/June of 2011. Price for the lots is based on $2800 per front foot, fully serviced but not including levies. Builder's terms available, with VTB. Vendor's offer form must be used, and while we would prefer to sell to one purchaser, we would consider splitting the sale.
