Middle Road - Bowmanville

The lots we were offering on Middle Road has now been put on hold, services that were promised extended to our lands by the Municipality have not yet  materialized. We have been told it is imminent, but we will not offer the lots again until we can actually see the installation taking place. So these lots are currently off the market until further notice.

Scugog Road - Bowmanville

The subdivision on Scugog is awaiting extension of services as well, this is in the hands of a developer, and we are more hopeful of this happening in the summer/fall of 2007.

 The plan is mostly semi detached units with a couple of single lots. The location is quite spectacular overlooking the Bowmanville Creek.

Courtice

 The Courtice plan will contain 30 - 35 units, mostly 45' and 50' singles with a few semi lots. We still expect to get this on the ground in 2007. The neighbouring developer is proceeding in the spring, and subject to solving the usual environmental problem, we should be on our way.
