The Headgate Group comprises a series of companies engaged in real estate development and construction in the Toronto Commutershed. The Group has been operating since the early 1980s and are involved in residential and industrial land development, construction of residential housing units and industrial and commercial rental units, as well as owning and operating various residential and industrial/commercial rental units. We do this partly for our own account, but we also manage and operate several projects for clients or partnerships in which we have an interest.

Our main focus has in recent years been residential land development, but we still from time to time carry out small house construction projects on infill sites within Toronto, and of course we have some commercial and industrial properties in our portfolio.

Housing construction in the 905 area is handled by our associated company Castleside Construction Inc.
